As a communication and information service provider, Dealicious Inc. (refer to as ‘website or sinsangmarket.kr’) complies with the Privacy Regulations under the relevant statutes, such as the Communications Secret Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, Personal Information Protection Act, the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information.
In addition, we are committed to protecting users' rights and interests by establishing policies for handling personal information in accordance with the relevant statutes.
This Privacy policy applies to members who use the domestic web/mobile, web/app, dealibird, sinsang-studio, SO+, sinsang-mall services and services provided by the company.
1. Collect personal information: purpose, retention period, and items
A. For the purpose of membership registration, smooth customer consultation, and providing various services, we are collecting personal information at the beginning of the membership process. Even though a user did not enter selective information into the fields, there is no limit to use the service. C. Basically, personal information held by us will not be kept for longer than needed for the purpose for which we collected it. However, certain information will be kept for a specified period of time because of the following reasons.

- Our service users can provide any information spontaneously while joining or using the service.

2. Offer of the personal information
A. We use the personal information of users in the range that we noticed in “1”. B. In accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the company stipulates in documents such as prohibition of processing personal information, technical and administrative protection measures, re-entrustment restrictions, management and compensation of trustees, and supervises whether the trustee handles personal information safely.

4. The methods and procedure to destroy personal information
In principle, personal information held by us will not be kept for longer than needed for the purpose for which we collected it. The methods and procedures to destroy personal information are outlined below.
A. The destroy procedure
- The information entered by users for membership registration, etc. is stored for a certain period of time (referring to retention and use period) and then destroyed due to information protection reasons in accordance with internal policies and other related laws.
- Same personal information is only used for archival purposes unless required by applicable law.

5. The right of users and how to exercise their rights
A. Users can view or amend their personal information registered on the website at any time, and require membership withdrawal.

- Otherwise please contact our privacy manager in any way such as email, call or in writing, and then we will take action immediately.
B. In the case that there is a correction requested from its user due to errors with the personal information, we will not use or provide any of it before correction is made. Also, when the false personal information is already delivered to the third party, we will immediately inform the third party of the corrected part and make sure it is corrected.

6. Installation and management of a device that allows collecting personal information automatically
A. We automatically collect your device equipment number (device id or IMEI) when you execute our program in order to create account information. If you object that the device equipment number is automatically being collected, you cannot use our service.
B. We use "cookies" to collect information and store your online preferences frequently in order to provide specified services for its users. In terms of the privacy policy for our users, we are taking technical and administrative measures, so then the personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, or damaged.

C. Management for the authority of personal information protection We try to solve and correct a problem found in our system immediately. We review the compliance of the person in charge and confirm the execution of privacy statements through the authority of personal information protection. However, we are not responsible for information leakage and other problems, which are caused by internet error and the mistake of the user.
