① These Terms and Conditions specify the basic matters such as rights, obligations, responsibilities, terms of use, and procedures necessary for users to use the Internet and mobile services (collectively, the “Service”) provided on the website (“Site”) operated by Dealicious Inc. (“Dealicious”).
*「These Terms and Conditions will also apply to electronic commerce using PC communication, wireless, smartphone/iPhone apps, etc., as long as they do not conflict with their nature.」
① “Site” refers to a virtual business place (including sinsangmarket.kr and all other websites and mobile applications provided by Dealicious) set up by Dealicious using information and communication facilities such as computers to enable transactions of goods and services, etc. (collectively, the “Goods”), It is also used to refer to a business operator operating an online mall.
② “User” refers to a member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives the Service provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
③ “Member” refers to a person who provides personal information to the Site and registers as a member, receives an ID from the Site to continuously receive information from the Site, and can continuously use the Service provided by the Site. Members are divided into “Retail Members” and “Wholesale Members,“ and users must select the type of Member to join when signing up for the Service.
④ “Retail Member” refers to a person who acquires information about products and stores on the Site, and further refers to a person who purchases products, uses delivery services, and uses delivery agency services. Retail Members are divided into “Domestic Business Operators” and “Overseas Business Operators,” and Users must select the type of Retail Member to join when signing up for the Service.
1. “Domestic Business Operator” refers to a seller who has obtained a business license in Korea and is engaged in clothing sales activities.
2. “Overseas Business Operator” refers to a seller who has obtained a business license in a country other than Korea and is engaged in clothing sales activities.
⑤ “Wholesale Member” refers to a person who actually sells products using the Site and when using the “Dealicious Advertising Service,” it is divided into two following types:
1. “Master Member”: A person who serves as the representative of a wholesale business operator within the Dealicious Advertising Service or who has received the transfer of master authority from them; and
2. “Supporting Member”: A person who is not a Master Member and who accesses the Dealicious Advertising Service through an “Advertising Account” to act as an agent or support the use of the Dealicious Advertising Service by a Master Member.
⑥ “Agency” refers to a person who registers as a Member on the Site to handle from product orders to overseas shipping for Overseas Business Operators in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
⑦ “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the Service provided by the Site without registering as a Member.
⑧ “ID” refers to a combination of English letters and numbers selected by a Member and approved by the Site for the identification of the Member and for using the Service.
⑨ “Password” refers to a combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by a Member and registered on the Site for the Member's identity verification and the protection of the Member's rights and confidentiality.
⑩ “Refund” refers to a payment cancellation of the remaining execution cost according to the payment method or a return of the equivalent amount in “Sinsang Cash” in the event of cancellation or suspension of the execution of an “Advertisement” for a Wholesale Member. In case for a Retail Member, it refers to a payment cancellation of the remaining execution cost according to the payment method or a return of the equivalent amount in Sinsang Cash in the event of cancellation or suspension of a transaction of Goods. Also, it refers to a cancellation of payment depending on the method by which the Wholesale Member or Retail Member has recharged Sinsang Cash or a return of the balance through cash.
⑪ Terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions will be governed by relevant laws and regulations, and otherwise by general commercial practices, and Dealicious may establish separate advertising operation policies, etc., in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
① Dealicious will post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the name of the business, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business, the telephone number, the email, the business registration number, etc., on the first page of the service for the User’s easy access. However, the detailed contents of the Terms and Conditions can be viewed through a linked page.
② Dealicious may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope not violating related laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Framework Act on Electronic Document and Transactions, Digital Signature Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on the Consumer Protection.
③ When Dealicious amends the Terms and Conditions, Dealicious will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment from at least seven days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date on the initial screen of the Site or notify the change through email or push notification within at least seven days before the effective date. However, in the case of significant changes detrimental to Users, a prior notice period of more than 30 days will be given.
④ When Dealicious amends the Terms and Conditions, the amended Terms and Conditions will apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date of the amendment, and the Terms and Conditions before the amendment will apply to contracts already concluded. However, if a User who has already entered into a contract wishes to apply the amended Terms and Conditions, the User shall send a notice to Dealicious expressing the User's intention to apply the amended Terms and Conditions within the notice period of the amended Terms and Conditions specified in paragraph 3 and obtain approval from Dealicious, the amended Terms and Conditions will apply.
⑤ If a Member continues to use the Service after the effective date announced in accordance with paragraph 3, it will be deemed that the Member agrees to the amended Terms and Conditions. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may terminate the Service agreement freely at any time. If a Member continues to access and use the Site continuously before the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, it will be deemed that the Member has accepted the amended Terms and Conditions.
⑥ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce established by the government and related laws and regulations or general commercial practices.
① Additional contracts or agreements may be required between Dealicious and Users regarding individual Service usage. The Services provided by Dealicious include the following:
1. Advertisement platform Service for Goods, etc;
2. Trading agency Service such as orders for Goods, etc;
3. Delivery agency Service; and
4. Other Services designated by Dealicious.
② Dealicious may change or discontinue part or all of the Services provided based on operational or technical needs, or for other significant reasons such as changes in company policies related to Service provision.
③ In the event of changes or discontinuation of the content, usage method, or usage hours of the Services, Dealicious will provide prior notice through the Site, Service notice screen, or other means that Users can sufficiently recognize, specifying the content, reasons, and date of the change or discontinuation.
④ In the event that part or all of the provided Services are changed or discontinued, Dealicious will not provide separate compensation to Members unless there are special regulations in relevant laws. However, in the case of paid Services being changed or discontinued, Dealicious will take necessary measures such as extending the usage period or partially or fully refunding the usage fee within a corresponding range.
⑤ If a Wholesale Member or Retail Member is using the Services provided by Dealicious, Dealicious may utilize this fact as a promotional means to third parties.
① Service usage is generally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical reasons for Dealicious. However, periods designated by Dealicious for reasons such as regular maintenance, etc. will be excluded. The regular maintenance hours will be notified on the Service provision screen.
② Dealicious may announce and suspend the Service in advance for a period necessary for smooth performance of the Service. However, in cases where urgent measures are unavoidably necessary, notification may be provided afterwards.
③ In the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication equipment such as computers, interruption of communication, etc., Dealicious may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service. In such cases, Dealicious will notify the Members about the suspension and reasons in advance. However, if there are unavoidable reasons that Dealicious cannot notify in advance, notification may be provided afterwards.
④ Dealicious may decide to discontinue part or all of the Services based on business judgment, and will not compensate Members for any loss of expected benefits from Service use.
⑤ Dealicious will not be liable for damages incurred by Members due to Service suspension unless there is intentional or negligent misconduct by Dealicious.
① The Service agreement is established when an individual wishing to become a Member (“Applicant”) agrees to the Terms and Conditions, fills out the membership information according to the form provided by Dealicious, and Dealicious approves the application.
② Dealicious may reject the applications or terminate the Service agreement afterwards in the following cases:
1. The Applicant has previously lost membership qualification under these Terms and Conditions. However, exceptions may be made for those who have passed three months since the loss of membership qualification and have newly obtained approval from Dealicious;
2. The Applicant uses a false name or another person's name;
3. A false information is provided or there are errors or omissions in the registration information;
4. The Applicant is under 14 years of age;
5. The Applicant's personal information (such as phone number and email address) is the same as that of an existing Member;
6. The Applicant intends to use the Service for fraudulent purposes or profit; or
7. The application violates these Terms and Conditions or is confirmed to be illegal or unfair by reasonable judgment from Dealicious.
③ When processing applications according to paragraph 1, Dealicious may request real-name verification and authentication through a specialized agency depending on the type of Member. If real-name verification and authentication fail, Dealicious may refuse approval.
④ Dealicious may postpone approval if there is no available equipment related to the Service or if there are technical or operational issues. In such cases, Dealicious will notify the Applicant.
⑤ The time of establishment of the Service agreement will be the moment when the approval from Dealicious reaches the Applicant.
⑥ Dealicious may differentiate usage times, usage frequencies, service menus, etc., according to membership grades and policies, thereby providing differentiated Services to Members.
① Members can view and modify their personal information at any time on the personal information management page. However, certain information necessary for Service management, such as name, national identification number, ID, country, and country code, cannot be modified.
② If there are any changes to the information provided during membership registration, Members must promptly inform Dealicious of such changes online or through other means such as email.
③ Dealicious will not be held responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to notify Dealicious of changes as stipulated in paragraph 2.
① Termination by Member
1. Members may terminate the Service agreement by notifying Dealicious of their intention to terminate the agreement at any time.
2. The Service agreement will be terminated upon the approval of Dealicious of the Member's termination request. Upon termination of the Service agreement, the Member's qualification will be forfeited, and various benefits such as discounts, event benefits, etc., provided by Dealicious will be extinguished. In the event of termination of the Service agreement, any unused free cash reward will be considered forfeited upon the Member's consent, and all cash reward will be extinguished simultaneously with the termination.
3. A Member who has terminated the agreement according to this clause may reapply for membership according to the membership registration procedures and related provisions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. However, Members who have not been authenticated as business entities cannot reapply after termination.
4. Any damages incurred in relation to the termination of the Service agreement will be borne by the Member whose Service agreement has been terminated, and Dealicious will not be held liable.
② Termination by Dealicious
1. Dealicious may terminate the Service agreement and in such cases, Dealicious will notify the Member of the termination intention by email, telephone, fax, or other means, specifying the reason for termination. However, if necessary, Dealicious may provide the Member with an opportunity to express their opinion on the reason for termination in advance. The termination of Service agreement is allowed for cases of following reasons:
1) There are grounds for refusal of approval of the Service agreement as stipulated in Article 6 Paragraph 2;
2) The Member has engaged in acts that infringe upon the rights, honor, credit, or other legitimate interests of Dealicious, other Members, or any other third party;
3) The Member violates the policies of Dealicious or fails to fulfill the obligations stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, or engages in acts contrary to these Terms and Conditions;
4) The Member's business qualification is revoked; or
5) There has been no usage of the Service for more than one year.
2. The Service agreement will be terminated upon the notification of Dealicious of termination to the Member. Dealicious may send the termination notice to the email registered by the Member or through other contact information provided by the Member, such as a text message. In such cases, the Member's qualification will be forfeited, and all benefits as a Member, including cash reward, will be extinguished.
3. Any damages incurred in relation to the termination of the Service agreement will be borne by the Member whose Service agreement has been terminated, and Dealicious will not be held liable.
① The Member is responsible for managing their ID and password, and will bear all civil and criminal liabilities arising from any negligence in this regard.
② Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
③ If a Member becomes aware of the leakage of their ID and password or unauthorized use by a third party, they must immediately notify Dealicious and comply with the measures of Dealicious if any.
④ The Member will be liable for any disadvantages incurred due to failure to notify as stipulated in paragraph 3 or failure to comply with the measures of Dealicious.
① Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and other matters notified by Dealicious, and must not engage in any acts that interfere with the business of Dealicious.
② In regard to the use of the Service, Members must not engage in the following acts:
1. Providing false information when applying for or changing the Service;
2. Impersonating others;
3. Unauthorized modification of information posted by Dealicious;
4. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than the information specified by Dealicious;
5. Infringing upon copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Dealicious or third parties;
6. Damaging the reputation of Dealicious or third parties, or interfering with their business;
7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information that goes against public order and morals;
8. Using the Service for profit without the consent of Dealicious;
9. Engaging in behaviors such as using profanity, verbal abuse, or sexual harassment in customer service consultations;
10. Using the Service for fraudulent purposes such as by placing false orders or writing false reviews;
11. Transferring or lending one's ID or password to a third party;
12. Writing content that disrupts the operations of Dealicious or Retail Members without legitimate reasons;
13. Replicating, disassembling, imitating, or modifying the Service through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any other means;
14. Using automated access programs, crawling programs, or any other methods that disrupt Dealicious servers and hinder the normal provision of Services; or
15. Engaging in acts that violate relevant laws and regulations, provisions set by Dealicious, infringe or may infringe upon the rights of Dealicious or third parties, or threaten or may threaten the order of commercial transactions.
③ If a User engages in the prohibited acts under paragraph 2 of this Article, Dealicious may take measures to restrict the use of the Service in accordance with Article 13 of these Terms and Conditions.
① All rights and responsibilities regarding postings made by Members belong to the Member who posted them. If the postings are considered problematic, Dealicious may delete or hide such postings or entire postings of the Member who posted them without prior notice and will not be liable for any consequences. Postings are considered problematic in the following cases:
1. The content defames or slanders other Members or third parties, damaging their reputation;
2. The content violates public order and morals;
3. The content associates with criminal activities;
4. The content infringes upon the copyrights of Dealicious or third parties;
5. The Member posts obscene materials or links to obscene sites on the bulletin board or the Sites of Dealicious;
6. The Member posts commercial advertisements or promotions without prior approval of Dealicious;
7. The Member posts false products or meaningless characters or symbols;
8. The content has been reported for an infringement of rights;
9. The content disrupts the business of Dealicious or Retail Members without legitimate reasons;
10. The content violates these Terms and Conditions or related laws;
11. The posting has been modified and reposted with content unrelated from the previous content; or
12. The content or image contains excessive sexual or violent elements.
② The detailed procedures pursuant to this article will comply with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Copyright Act, and other relevant laws, within the scope set forth by the designated Publication Suspension Request Center of Dealicious.

① When Dealicious notifies a Member, it may do so through means such as the email address or mobile phone number provided by the Member at the time of sign up, social messaging, or notification windows upon Service login.
② In the case of notices to an unspecified number of Members, Dealicious may substitute individual notifications by posting them on the Site for more than one week. However, individual notices will be provided for matters significantly affecting the Member concerned.
③ Members must provide Dealicious with actual contact information such as email addresses, (mobile) phone numbers, and Member IDs, and keep this information up to date. Members are also responsible for checking the notices from Dealicious.
④ Members will not be protected from any disadvantages arising from their failure to fulfill the obligations under the preceding clause.
① If a User violates the obligations under these Terms and Conditions or disrupts the normal operation of the Service, Dealicious may take immediate measures such as caution, warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, contract termination, etc., and the User will bear legal responsibility. Dealicious may establish specific criteria for “Restriction of Use” through advertising operation policies, etc.
② In cases where a User violates related laws, such as the Resident Registration Act with identity theft, payment fraud and phone number forgery, provision and operation disruption of illegal programs violating the Copyright Act, illegal communication and hacking violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, distribution of malicious programs, exceeding access permissions, credit card fraud by Users violating the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, etc., Dealicious may take immediate measures such as caution, warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, contract termination, etc., and the User may bear legal responsibility.
③ If a Member has not used the Service for more than one year or has lost business qualification, Dealicious may take caution, warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, contract termination, etc., for the protection of Member rights and operational efficiency.
④ If a Member logs in from multiple devices using the same ID, Dealicious may temporarily suspend or permanently suspend the Member from using the Service to protect Member rights.
⑤ Dealicious may take caution, warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, contract termination, etc.if a Member engages in the following actions:
1. Providing false information at the time of sign up;
2. Disrupting other people's use of Services provided by Dealicious or threatening electronic transaction order by interfering with their information or using it for oneself;
3. Committing acts prohibited by law and these Term and Conditions through Dealicious;
4. Deemed to threaten the stability of Dealicious system by using automated means;
5. Violating the product registration policy and image policy when registering a product; or
6. Detected and reported for unauthorized image theft that may infringe on the copyright of Dealicious or third-party.
⑥ If Service use is restricted or the contract is terminated pursuant to this Article, Dealicious will notify the Member in accordance with Article 12 [Notice to Members]. In this case, Dealicious will notify the Member in accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 2.2, and, if deemed necessary, provide an opportunity for the Member to explain before losing membership status. If Dealicious acknowledges the explanation to be valid, Dealicious will immediately resume the Service use.
⑦ If Service use is restricted under this Article, any benefits obtained through the Service use will also be suspended or extinguished, and Dealicious will not compensate separately for this.
① Dealicious will make its best efforts to provide Services continuously and stably in accordance with this Terms and Conditions and will not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws or contrary to public order and morals.
② Dealicious must establish a security system to protect Users' personal information (including credit information) and disclose and comply with the privacy policy to ensure that Users can safely use the Service.
③ If opinions or complaints raised by Members regarding Service use are deemed reasonable, Dealicious must handle them and may communicate the processing process and results to the Members through notices on the Site or via email.
① Dealicious may establish separate terms and conditions for individual Services provided within the Service, and agreement to the separate terms and conditions applicable to individual Services will be obtained through a separate agreement process when Members initially use the individual Service. In this case, the terms and conditions for individual Services take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
① Except as explicitly permitted in writing by Dealicious, Members may not engage in commercial activities such as selling Goods using the Service, especially through hacking, profit-making advertisements, obscene websites, illegal distribution of commercial software, etc. Dealicious will not be liable for any business activities, results, losses, or legal actions taken by relevant authorities resulting from violations of this provision.
① Dealicious may change part or all of the Services provided for operational or technical needs if there are reasonable reasons.
② If there are changes to the content, usage method, or usage hours of the Service, Dealicious will announce the reasons for the changes, the content of the changed Service, and the date of provision in advance through the notice board on the Site or within the Service, or by email.
③ Dealicious may modify, suspend, or change part or all of the free Services provided for operational and policy reasons without providing separate compensation to Users, unless otherwise specified by relevant laws.
④ If a Member does not agree to the changes in the Service, the Member may express their refusal to Dealicious and withdraw from membership.
① Dealicious may provide various information deemed necessary during the use of the Service to Members through notices, emails, etc. However, except for guidance on procedures necessary for Dealicious to fulfill its obligations imposed by relevant laws, responses to transaction-related information, customer inquiries, etc. Members may refuse to receive emails, etc. at any time.
② Dealicious may place advertisements on Service pages, Sites, emails, etc., related to the operation of the Service. Members who receive emails containing advertisements may refuse to receive them.
① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to works created by Dealicious belong to Dealicious.
② Dealicious grants Members the right to use accounts, IDs, contents, etc., according to the Conditions of use set by Dealicious in relation to the Service. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained through the use of the Services for profit or provide it to third parties without the prior consent of Dealicious.
① “Delivery Service” refers to the Service of delivering Goods purchased by Retail Members from Wholesale Members.
② Retail Members and Wholesale Members can use the Delivery Service by subscribing to the Service.
③ “Delivery Fee” refers to the amount paid by Retail Members to Dealicious for the Delivery Service.
④ Retail Members can apply for the Delivery Service by paying the price of the Goods and the Delivery Fee on the Site.
⑤ When a Retail Member applies for the Delivery Service as in paragraph 4, Dealicious reviews it and takes necessary actions on behalf of the Retail Member to the Wholesale Member for the order of the Goods, etc., required for the delivery of the Goods. In this case, Dealicious provides appropriate guidance or measures to allow the Retail Member to confirm the supply process and progress of the Goods.
⑥ Wholesale Members must supply the relevant Goods to ensure smooth delivery of the Goods purchased by the Retail Members. Dealicious will not be liable in the following cases:
1. The supply of Goods is not possible due to reasons such as out of stock, etc.; or
2. There is a significant difference in quality of the Goods from what is posted on the Site or there is a problem with their value.
⑦ If Dealicious cannot provide the Delivery Service for the Goods requested by the Retail Member due to reasons such as being out of stock, etc., Dealicious will promptly notify the Retail Member of the reason and take the action requested by the Member in advance (refund or non-delivery). In case of Refund, Dealicious will Refund or take necessary measures within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the related transaction amount.
⑧ Retail Members who have receive Goods through the Delivery Service cannot return or exchange them in the following cases:
1. The Goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to Retail Members (except when the packaging is damaged to confirm the contents of the Goods);
2. The value of the Goods has significantly decreased due to the Retail Member's use or partial consumption; or
3. The value of the Goods has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
① “Sinsang Cash” refers to prepaid cash purchased (“recharged”) from Dealicious by Members or “cash reward” which is acquired by purchasing Goods as a cash back or earned by participating in events according to the conditions set by Dealicious as an event cash. Retail Members can use Sinsang Cash to pay for the transaction amount and Delivery Fees for Goods on the Site either solely (full payment) or together with other payment methods (partial payment), while Wholesale Members can use Sinsang Cash as recharge money and as means of payment for using Dealicious Advertisement Service.
② Sinsang Cash recharged by Members is refundable, but Sinsang Cash accumulated free as a cash reward is not refundable.
③ Members may transfer Sinsang Cash they have recharged to others in the manner and scope specified by Dealicious. However, in this case, the transfer can only be made through the Dealicious system.
④ Sinsang Cash held by Members will expire if the expiration period elapses. The validity period of Sinsang Cash recharged at a cost is five years from the date of recharge. The validity period of Sinsang Cash granted free of charge as a cash reward earned through Dealicious events or Service policies, marketing promotions, etc., is determined individually according to the internal policies of Dealicious. If there was no specified validity period before, it will have a basic validity period of three months and will be notified separately according to each Member's notification.
⑤ If Dealicious determines that a Member has acquired or used Sinsang Cash through fraudulent means, Dealicious may confiscate it or suspend the Service usage of the Member.
⑥ Dealicious may set limits on the possession, recharge, payment, transfer, and receipt of Sinsang Cash through internal policies, etc.
⑦ Dealicious may issue coupons that can be converted into Sinsang Cash to Wholesale Members. Wholesale Members can only use these coupons according to the period and conditions specified on the coupons, and any unused coupons will expire after the specified period.
① Dealicious complies with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, to protect the personal information of its Members.
② Dealicious establishes a Privacy Policy and posts it on the first page of the Service to protect the personal information of its Members. However, the detailed contents of the Privacy Policy can be viewed through a linked page.
③ Dealicious makes efforts to protect the personal information of its Members to the maximum extent possible in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
④ Privacy Policy of Dealicious does not apply to linked Sites other than the official Site. Members are responsible for checking the Privacy Policies of linked Sites and third parties providing purchased products or Services related to the handling of personal information. Dealicious is not responsible for this.
① In the event that a Wholesale Member suffers damages in connection with the provision of the Dealicious Advertising Service, Dealicious compensates the Wholesale Member for such damages within the scope prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
② If a Wholesale Member or Retailer Member violates these Terms and Conditions or related laws and regulations, resulting in damages to Dealicious, Dealicious is entitled to compensation for such damages within the scope prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
① Dealicious is exempt from liability for providing Services in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, DDoS attacks, IDC failures, failure of telecommunications service providers to respond, failures of “advertising media,” or equivalent circumstances that prevent the provision of Services.
② Dealicious will not be liable for Service disruptions due to reasons attributable to Members.
③ Dealicious will not be liable for any loss of expected profits or any other damages incurred by the Member's use of the Service or any information obtained through the Service.
④ Dealicious does not guarantee the truthfulness or legality of information provided by Members or information posted on websites linked through such information. All risks and responsibilities associated with such information lie with the relevant parties.
⑤ Members are solely responsible for the legal consequences of the contents of emails they send.
⑥ Dealicious will not be responsible for any transactions or dealings between Members or between Members and third parties facilitated through the Service.
⑦ Dealicious will not be liable for the use of free Services unless otherwise specified by relevant laws and regulations.
⑧ Dealicious merely provides a trading system based on “Sinsang Market” as a telecommunications intermediary. All disputes regarding transactions conducted using Sinsang Market's trading system are the responsibility of the parties involved in the transaction. Dealicious does not guarantee the existence or authenticity of the intention to sell or purchase, the quality, completeness, stability, legality, or non-infringement of third-party rights regarding registered products. However, this exemption does not apply to transactions using the Delivery Service provided directly by Sinsang Market.
⑨ Dealicious may temporarily suspend the provision of Services due to reasons such as maintenance, inspection, replacement, malfunction of computer or telecommunication facilities, communication interruption, etc. Dealicious will not be liable for any damages incurred by Members or third parties due to such reasons, except in cases where the interruption is caused by the intentional or gross negligence of Dealicious, excluding regularly scheduled Service interruptions.
① Dealicious prioritizes handling complaints and opinions submitted by Users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, Dealicious will immediately notify the user of the reason for the delay and the expected schedule for resolution.
① Korean law will apply to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and to disputes between Dealicious and Members.
② Lawsuits between Members and Dealicious arising from the use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
